The future we see

We see a church that is so committed to God that we can’t help but to express it to the world around us.  Where every act and word is an expression of our love and worship of the Lord.  Where we see people come to a saving knowledge of Jesus on a daily basis, baptisms are a weekly occurrence and testimony of God’s goodness is shared always.  We see a church that is committed to genuinely loving and building up their brothers and sisters.  That champion good works and fruitful living by loving what is good and hating what is evil.  A church where the supernatural becomes natural and the word of God is in everyone’s hearts and on everyone’s lips.

This is a church that’s growing in every way imaginable – in number, in knowledge, in faith and in love.

What we do

Our Mission is at the core of both who we are and what we do...

We are firstly called to BE Disciples.  Jesus calls us just as we are, messy, broken individuals, to follow Him.  This commitment of following is Discipleship.  As we pursue Jesus and His teaching we are transformed more and more into His likeness through the Holy Spirit at work in and through us.

But we are also called to MAKE Disciples.  God's gift of new life is something we are asked to share with the rest of the world.  Through the person that God has made us to be and the gifts, skills and abilities He has given us we are to go out and encourage others to follow Him too.

how we do it

To help us apply our Mission into practice we have looked at the early church. Based on what we see in Acts 2:42-47 we have aligned ourselves to six GOSPEL centred purposes. Our vision is to see every follower of Jesus living these out through all that they do.
