Leadership Team
The Leaders provide guidance and spiritual oversight of the Church. They are dedicated and caring people, who are passionate about seeing the Church grow and seeing people stepping into their full, God-given potential. The current Leadership Team comprises: Ruth Disbrow, Tony Frowd, Brook MacCallum, Trish Reynolds, and Steve Tamplin.

The Trustees provide oversight of the legal, financial, and operational tasks, and comprise: Paul Clark, Jerome Dodge (Chair), Carole Gill, Alan Saunders, and Philip Watson (Vice-Chair).

Helen is our Administrator, and for many, she will be the cheery, first point of contact with the Church. Helen gets many things done. In fact, she secretly runs everything!
Jo is our Pastoral Support Worker, who assists the Leadership Team with offering care, help and prayerful support to those in need. Jo is very kind and is also known at BEC as a shepherdess, as she keeps sheep around her local village. You could say Jo is a shepherdess for both sheep AND people!

Our Pastor
Our Pastor, Tom Price, began his ministry with us in early January 2026, moving from a church leadership role in Wiltshire, along with his wife, Suzanne, and some of their children. His Induction Service was held on 25 January 2026, when all at BEC were joined by the Mayor of Blandford, Councillor Hugo Mieville, and his wife, the Mayoress, Councillor Yvonne Mieville, as well as Rev Chris Beaumont of Blandford Parish Church, and family and friends of Tom and Suzanne, and also our friends from other Blandford churches.
Tom has a passion for sharing the Gospel to those who don’t yet know about God’s love for them and haven’t made the decision to follow Jesus in their lives.
