Community Projects

We believe that as Christians we have a responsibility to be good news as well as declare it. As a consequence of this, we look for opportunities to make a difference to the quality of life in our community, by enhancing physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

There are times when we undertake special periods of intense service to the community, supporting local groups, organizations and individuals. Projects range from helping the Countryside Rangers to clear overgrown footpaths and special conservation sites, to litter-picking. We have also been involved in helping local groups or individuals to decorate their premises, reclaim overgrown gardens for elderly or sick people and in various ways make a positive impact.

We believe that practical contributions demonstrate our heart to bless the community. We hope that through acts of kindness, some may be given a positive introduction to the Church in action and to Christians who have a message of hope to share with those who are open to receive it.
