Beach picnic

We had a great time down at Sandbanks later last Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately the skies clouded over for a while when we arrived so we needed our fleeces, but cleared later on for a nice sunny evening. It was the final day of Bournemouth Air Show, so as we arrived at around 5.00p.m. the Red Arrows display team treated us to an aerial display over towards Bournemouth and a fly past in formation right over our heads along the beach!

Some enjoyed a swim and played in the sand, others paddled (even some of the adults got wet) and the rest sat around and enjoyed chatting together as we consumed our picnics. We had a good time building a greater sense of community and fellowship. Hopefully, we can also begin to invite our friends.
